Essential Science Research & Technologies Development Administration (ESTA-TZ) is a Tanzanian registered agency, that as an empire of critical thinkers, is to work in partnership with government, industry, and academia to develop through research and transfer essential technologies that address national priorities and play a significant role to promote economic growth, national security, home improving and protect our environment.
It has to fill the gap of science & technology between our country and our adversaries and create strategic surprise by facilitating the technological superiority of the SMEs.
Vision 2025
To be the leading agency in Africa in researching, developing and dissemination of technologies essential to the needs of urban & rural communities that play a significant roll to promote economic growth, home improving and protect our environment by the year 2025

Mission
To identify technical problems affecting communities and assist in finding solutions by conducting research into improving and adapting existing technologies, to gather and provide practical technological information and tools, to provide the technical assistance necessary to help communities build their own development projects and to conduct training and awareness workshops for communities, schools, interested institutions etc.
It is our pleasure to provide challenging works for the highly qualified graduate of our universities and colleges. We believe that we have a plenty of gold and tanzanite to dig from talents of our people than any available mining operations on earth.
We want to be the country’s primary innovation engine, which will undertake projects that are finite in duration but that create lasting revolutionary change. Our main motivation for development and further expansion is the industrial development of our own country;
